White wheat organic flour - tipe 500 (pack 1kg)

FAST FRITTERS RECEPI 

INGREDIENTS FOR 10-20 FRITTERS

600g of flour
300ml of yogurt
50ml of warm milk
2 eggs
1 baking powder ( 12g)
pinch of salt
frying oil
PREPARATION

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add whisked eggs premixed with yogurt and milk. Mix the soft dough. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin at about 1 cm. thickness. Cut the dough with a knife to get desired shape. Fry the dough pieces for a few minutes on both sides until they turn brown.
